PostSubject: Group Representation & Application Procedure Explained   Mon Nov 01, 2010 6:04 am

The International Vampyre Alliance (IVA) is by nature an online group, therefore interaction with its members (and vice-versa) will occur via electronic media (email), the internet and general online interaction. It is by its nature laid out on a forum platform, and thus participation of it's member groups is essential for it to succeed.

Not all community groups have an online presence however, many choose to follow a path of secrecy, and how better to attain this, than by avoiding use of the internet altogether?

The building block of the IVA's representation of the Vampyre Community is the community groups, regardless of their type or size. To qualify, these groups need to meet certain expectations. First, they need to consist of and represent a number of real Vampyres. They can of course also have Otherkin, Donors or Swans as part of their membership, but the Vampyre element is essential. Role-playing or gaming groups will not be entertained.

ONLINE GROUPS:

If your group wishes to participate in the IVA, please forward us a little information about your group, a name, sigil, group type (religious, Temple, Order, secular, Coven, House, Court etc) general location, size (small, medium, etc), leader or representatives, contact details, general philosophy or some kind of constitution or statement of purpose.

OFFLINE GROUPS:

Many groups (covens, houses etc) don't have an online presence, and so having a site is not a pre-requisite to joining the IVA. However, for an offline group to join and participate, such a group should be formalized in some way, as in having a sigil for example, or holding regular meetings of members.

If your group wishes to participate in the IVA, please forward us a little information about your group, a name, general location, size (small, medium, etc), leader or representatives, contact details, general philosophy or some kind of constitution or statement of purpose.

These can be sent to internationalvampyrealliance@gmail.com or fill in the form on our websitehere.

Once received, Admin will respond as soon as possible with further instructions.
